Az Skate Photo

This site is dedicated to skate photography. As I explore the exciting opportunities in this area of sports photography I visit skate parks and take a lot of photos. I have found this to be a very challenging type of photography and am learning a lot and watching my skills improve as I practice. The people I photograph are cooperative and helpful. This site is primarily for the skaters to see the photographs and download them.

Most of the time is spent at the Skate park on Union Hills Rd. in Glendale, Arizona since it is close to home. I have also ventured to Rio Vista Park in Peoria. I hope to visit several other parks this winter. If you skate at another park feel free to let me know and I will make a special effort to do a shoot there.

In many cases, there are few quality images. I try to only include the better images from each shoot here. If I shot you skating and there are no images of you on this site, it is because my skills are still developing and most are poor quality. This will improve over time. I try to take as much time as practical to practice so there will be other opportunities.

Feel free to download any photos you like. If you would like some free prints, let me know and we can discuss model releases which will allow me to sell some images of you. For signed model releases I will give some free prints.
